I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your team for the
outstanding work you have done for me this past few months.
First of all you bid for me as requested back in March. I did not get the
plate on this occassion and waited for the next auction. You did a really good
job in the auction room and got me the plate 5MXV on 4 June, which looks great
on my MX5.
I messed up with my submission of documents for transfer as I did not
anticipate the extra charge for a jiffy envelope by Royal Mail. Anyway, you
guys recovered my mess up and the plate looks brilliant.
I'll definately be using you again. We have three private plates in my
household but two further kids are nearing driving age and and I'll be
purchasing again.
Thanks again for all your help and the pleasant and accommodating manner
you employ.
